Things are continuing to be tough worldwide. What started as a slip in the Emerging Markets moved to Europe and is now permeating the U.S. ETFs as we see a number of them changing from Green Arrows to Yellow (caution) Arrows. Again, this does not mean to sell here but to keep an eye out for the Decline Limit Price. When (if) that is breached it is time to sell.
