Halloween’s got nothing on this market. This is indeed scary, but in times like these the most important thing any investor can have is a plan, and we have one. We know what our downside risk is and it’s important to adhere to that. Do you remember in early February when the S&P took it’s 10% dive in just a matter of days? It didn’t signal a Long Term Trend change then and the S&P went on to set new highs.
We don’t know if the same will happen now but we do know that we will remain calm and wait for the market to signal us that there is a Long Term Trend change before we act. Greed and Fear are the two major enemies of investors and we work diligently to stave those invaders off.
