We have two ETFs, EEM and VWO, which have reached their decline limit price after dropping 20% from their recent highs. This means that their Arrows have changed to Red and their Long Term Trends are now Negative. These are the first trend changes we have had in over two years. Even though both of these ETFs have declined 20% our trade signal still provided an 25% and 19% gain in EEM and VWO respectively over the time they have been in Long Term Uptrends.
Our Developed Markets ETFs (i.e. VGK, VEU, EFA) currently all have Yellow, caution, Arrows so it is important to keep an eye on their decline limit prices.
