With the exception of the foreign developed markets, and gold, just about all our covered ETFs moved higher last week. Once again small caps were the stars as investors are hoping for an improved domestic economy.
Green is still far and away the dominant color. So we are in the portfolio building mode, not the portfolio protection mode.
