Our ETFs are acting like a good shampooing. Rinse and repeat. Week after week we’re seeing the same action. Domestic ETFs are bouncing around their highs while foreign ETFs are bouncing around their rating change areas. Still, we have yet to actually have one of our ETFs move into a rating change. So it continues, enjoy the domestic ride and keep an eye on the foreign markets.
