After starting the year with all of our ETFs having Red Arrows (negative long term trend) due to the markets collapse in the fourth quarter of 2018, a turnaround ensued. In the first quarter most of our ETFs returned to Green Arrows (positive long term trend). Early in the second quarter all but one of our ETFs moved back to Green Arrows. This trend change comes after the markets collapsed in the fourth quarter of 2018 and bounced strongly off the December bottom. Most of our domestic ETFs have returned to their old highs, or a very close to doing so. Foreign ETF’s, both Europe and Emerging Markets, have moved up strongly from the lows they set back in December but are still about 10% away from a full recovery.
