Emerging Market ETFs are not looking particularly healthy as they continue to post lower lows, seemingly on a monthly basis. However this lower low action could change at any time, and this technical analysis while followed by many investors, is not how we analyze our ETFs.
We peruse the Long Term Trend of our ETFs and wait for them to change before we act. We don’t try to guess when these trends might change. Yes we have cautionary signals, but unlike a traffic lights our cautionary signals don’t warn of an imminent change. The caution is only to alert our readers that a change might be close at hand and they should pay closer attention to the price of their ETF. Which we hope our readers feel they don’t have to do most of the time. We have constant focus on what the Trend is so our readers don’t have to, and reader, you may continue your period of relaxation as all our Arrows are still Green.
