Domestic large capitalization ETFs were flat last week but smaller stocks, after slipping some the previous week, and foreign markets showed gains of about 2%. Emerging markets (EEM,VWO) led the way with gains of almost 4%.
As can be seen below in the column titled “Risk % to Limit” all of our ETFs are either at, or very close to, their maximum price relative to their acceptable limit price. This simply means they are either at or very close to recent highs. This quantifies that the markets have been, and continue to be performing well. Hence all our ETFs have green arrows (i.e. continue to be on Long Term Uptrends). Stay fully invested.
